We will market your home, find qualified tenants, write all leases, manage move-ins, schedule routine maintenance and much more. We also believe in swift payment turnarounds for our clients, so you will receive your tenant’s rent payments by the 10th of every month!

Our inspections take 1-2 hours and you will receive approximately 100-150 photos and a 20-30 page report
Our leasing fee is all inclusive of commissions, marketing cost, move-in inspections, vetting tenants, etc.
We have 20+ years experience in construction so we know and understand your home inside and out
We have a 70-80% retention rate of our tenants, where as the market average is 48%, this keeps more money in your pocket each year
In 7 years we have only had 6 evictions total
Our Basic Fee Structure
Monthly Management | 10%/Month (while home is leased) |
Leasing Fee | Equal to 1 Month’s Rent (paid when the home is rented to new tenants) |
Evictions | $150 (plus cost of court fees at cost) |
Maintenance | 10% Mark Up |
Lease Renewals | $200 |
Bi-Annual Inspections | $75 includes a 20-30 page report |
