How You’ll Make More Money
We’re all about empowering you to make more money. When you start out with us, you’ll begin with an 80% commission. Once we’ve helped you to grow your brand and reach $3 million in sales (excluding rentals), you’ll receive 90% commission. And when you’ve earned $8 million in sales, you take it all to the bank—100% commission for you. You won’t need to pay any desk fees, printing fees, or tech fees, only a small $175 transaction fee for each sale.
So what would you have to sell to get to 100% commission?
Well, at an average home price of $450,000, you’d only need to sell 18 homes in a year (that’s less than 1.5 per month!). If you’re able to sell homes with an average price of $575,000 you’d get there with only 14 homes, that’s less than 1.15 a month. What we’re saying is: reaching $8 million in sales is completely doable, and we’ll help you get there.
