You will need to call your own plumber or a plumber you prefer to come out to handle the issue. You will then submit the report and bill from the plumber to us for review by the board to see if it can be reimbursed.

Your fees are due monthly and you can pay either via the owner portal using an EFT payment at no charge or you can submit a check to the manager made out to “Bivens South” with your unit number on the memo line.
