Tired of being nickel and dimed on your own investment homes? With our property management services, you don’t need to put up with it anymore! For 10%/month we will eliminate all of your headaches by ensuring that your investment is protected.
We will market your home, find qualified tenants, write all leases, manage move-ins, schedule routine maintenance and much more. We also believe in swift payment turnarounds for our clients, so you will receive your tenant’s rent payments by the 10th of every month!
Our Basic Fee Structure
| Monthly Management | 10%/Month (while home is leased) |
| Leasing Fee | Equal to 1 Month’s Rent (paid when the home is rented to new tenants) |
| Evictions | $150 (plus cost of court fees at cost) |
| Maintenance | 10% Mark Up |
| Lease Renewals | $200 |
| Bi-Annual Inspections | $75 includes a 20-30 page report |
