The application fee is non-refundable. We do allow you to use the same application for 30 days on any other properties that you\u2019d like to apply to within that timeframe.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We need a separate<\/u><\/em> application for every occupant over the age of 18. The application fee for each application covers the background, eviction, and credit check of only one individual.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

No. Owners are only responsible for major component and structural repairs of the home. As much as you may dislike\u00a0that certain shade of yellow paint, we can\u2019t require them to change it.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Most of our properties allow non-aggressive breed animals for a monthly non-refundable $30 pet fee per pet. Aggressive breeds not allowed include: German Shepherds, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, or Rottweilers. Properties may also be subject to additional Homeowner Association rules and regulations for pets.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you are married, then your collective income can qualify you. This same rule applies to all tenants applying for a rental property.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you do not meet the income requirements, some properties will allow you to have a co-signer. A co-signer would fill out a separate application and need to make five times the monthly rent.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We recommend that all applicants view the interior of the property before signing a lease.<\/p>

With our properties being in such high demand we cannot hold the properties more than 48 hours. In those 48 hours you must sign a lease and pay the initial fees (security, first month\u2019s rent, etc.) to secure the property and ensure it is not rented to someone else.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
