The most common violations we see are lack of lawn maintenance, vines growing on homes and homes/driveways that need pressure washing.
How do I make a request from the Architectural Review Board?
You can download the ARB form off your community page and complete any pertinent information. Please email completed forms with required documentation to cam@goldenrulerealestate.com. It takes 15-30 days on average for approval.
How do I pay my HOA Fees?
You can pay either through your portal using the EFT option or you can mail a check to us.
Does the HOA maintain any part of my yard?
No the HOA only maintains common spaces
Does the HOA manager handle builder warranty or repair issues?
No we do not
