Devin Schmidt

I’ve worked as a Realtor and Association Manager for nearly 10 years, bringing a wide breadth of experience drawn from multiple positions and perspectives within the industry. In college I studied astrophysics and like to bring a concrete and mathematical approach to association and property management, without forgoing the personal aspect that makes each community unique. As a lifelong Florida native, I understand and appreciate the unique ecosystem and wildlife that we have to offer. In my offtime I like to play music, interact with nature, and work on cars!
