I recently toured a property as a renter, and Neeko was great. I really appreciated that the tenant's privacy seemed to be respected while still allowing us to get a good feel for the place. All of our questions were answered in great detail and the tour went off without a hitch. April helped me by my house 11 years ago and it was very hard to find me financing and she came through. The buying side of my experience with golden rule reality was perfect. I was just going through a terrible divorce and I felt fragile and unfocused. She was kind and compassionate and really helped me get into that home which I’ve had very wonderful memories in from the get-go. A few months ago I sold that house. Of course I worked with Amy. She was on it immediately. Very hands-on. Helped it get totally ready for showing. The day that it went on the market it was sold by midnight! And she got us a considerable amount more of money.

I've used Golden Rule Property Management's services for a year now. April is the consummate professional, and she has trained her staff very well. The onboarding process was seamless, renters were found in a timely manner and since the home has been rented out, copious notes are taken, which I can pull up on the app at any time.
